one of my firends is a single woman in China, and she is faily wealthy. now she is looking to adopt a boy about 2 years old. since she is a single woman, she is not qualified to adopt a child in China and even in India.

however, we have already asked Chinese Embassy in India that the india parents can send their kids to China for the purpose of learining Chinese, so i am writing to see that if your agency have any kids whose parents are willing to send their kids to China, my friend will be responsible for all the expense. pls be assured that we absolutely will go through all the process legally.
