Me 2 would like to go for lamaze... but havent heard of them near my area [near charni road] .. plz tell me where these are held...m n my hubby would like to fo ..

Also there are yoga classes nearby.. but yoga 4 pregancy-no idea.

Which classes u gop to?? In mumbai?
Please tell me..
I thin i shuld join yoga a.s.a.p. as i already have lil breathing prob.

the one thing 1 would like toa say is relax... u r being too hyper....
1st thing all kind exercises are not be done during 1st trimister it starts only after the 1st trimister ends ...and that too under guidence
if u have never worked out spcly then ...why dont u stick to walking i did that almost 30 mnts daily during my 1st trimister
in mum u hardly have these classes ... u can try lilavati the have such classes on and off...also there is a lady in andheri who takes lamazee classes( google lamazee in mumbai and u will get it)
oe else join online for bradley methods online it is also helpfull..
also u can chk yellow pages where they give info abt all areas in mum where u find what
