My baby is 2 and a half months old.Every breast feeding session has turned into a nightmare, for the past 1 month.He burps 3 to 4 times during every feed( and ofcourse cries due to that).Sometimes he seems to vomit immediately after burping.He also passes out lot of gas , inbetn feeds.I have been very careful on my diet, not taking any gassy foods.But still, this problem persists and i' m very much worried. Ramya replied. Eating fennel seeds or dringing fennel tea helps. You also need to avoid your dairy intake, i mean mainly milk. Some babies become gassey if nursing mother drinks milk. My little one used to get unsetteled if i ate eggs and brocolli. when i avoided it, she was fine. (brocolli is very gassey)
Try and figure out what could make him unsettled. Take care . nandita replied. apply hing with ghee on baby stomach.it will help in gas relief and evn in stomachache
