dear friends,thaks for your support i also know the root of the problem but still i cannot overcome this problem.i also try to meditate but lose interest in almost all activities be it exercising or looking well after myself.is there any way you can control those negative feelings specially if you are an emotinal person bhavana replied. Only you have the solution dear.When you feel that you've had enough of all the nonsense and when you feel that you need to move on and take control of your life only then will things start changing for the good,for you.
You have to decide what you want to do in life,do you want to waste your life by feeling low because some people who have known you for just few years of your life trying to pull you down mentally,or would you like to change the tables on them.
You have to ask yourself that question dear.What do you want to do??

People are always and always going to put obstacles in your way.
When you try to exercise do it because you want to do it not because it has been suggested to you by someone.If you want to look good do it for yourself,read books only if you are interested ,or if you have some hobby which you have put on hold after marriage,start it again,do you like to paint,do that.Would you like to learn some great culinary skills which you can feel good about,go and learn it.
You have to pep yourself up ,talk to yourself(give yourself pep talks believe me it works)

Be proud of yourself and your achievements.If losing weight is your goal,look at your college snaps and tell yourslef that you want that look back,go ahead and do it.
Its all in your hands dear.One day just be happy ,get up and say to yourself that you are going to remain happy and cheerful no matter what anybody says,and see the difference.
Look deep down into yourself and give yourself a chance to heal and to help yourself be one otch above your in-laws by ignoring them and also not refraining from speaking your mind when you need to.
Don't let people walk over you,people always respect them who stand up for themselves.It is true.
