I am trying to get pregnant since the last eight months but without any success. All the reports are normal. I do not know where is the problem? I have heard foods help in conceiving. Is it true? What foods can I take?

I sympathize with you. Foods do help in conceiving. First of all check your weight and start eating healthy. Increase the intake of monounsaturated fatty acids, vegetable proteins and dairy products. Also include fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Following these I am sure you will get positive results soon.
