hi everybody,

i have a six months old daughter. i have exclusively BF her for 4 months and gradually introduced her to solid foods. i have recently joined office. my problem is that my baby is very much attached to my BF and although she have had full dinner with formula milk, she will wake up at everynight to feed.it is very tiresome for me to wake up every two hours to feed her. however i want to feed her my milk for atleast one year.

so can someone please suggest me how to keep my milk supply steady now that i am away from the baby for long hours and how to deal with the baby waking me up every two hours at night.

i would appreciate any advice in this regards

thanks mandeep replied. piya ur daugther is too young n her lil tummy is also very small n can only take small amounts of milk rather then having a full bottle. U can BF her in morning n evening, for night time,formula milk will be best n tell your hubby, its his duty to makesue that he wakes up to feed the baby.u both can take turn one night u one night he. that' s wot we did. can i ask wot time is her last feed. cos i use to give my son last dream feed after 11 pm so he use to be fine till 4 or 4.30 in morning. sleepless nights Joys of parenthood.
