Hi Kal

Just came back from doc's visit. I also have the same problem of breath shortness, & sometimes accompanied by sinking heart. We just have to deal with it like so many other problems.. just getting used to all that.
Now my next visit is in 2 weeks... lesser wait onwards.
You know i was also crying from last 2 days, missing mom, then discomforts.. but after seeing the doc i am feeling good.
Just wish you get well soon.
Manisha

hi Kals,

Dont worry everything will be alright. As Barghavi said, your breathlessness wld be because of u carrying the baby high. And it is normal for some pregnant women. But once your baby finds its comfortable position by the end of 8th mth i.e(head down)then u will be back to normal.
take good rest and lie down whenever possible. And dont upset urself , everything will be alright.
take care

I too read in the book \"; What to expect when you are expecting \"; that difficulty in breathing is a symptom of late pregnancy but will not harm the baby in any way . So please dont cry .

I think our \";bundle of joys\"; are just giving us all these problems becoz God want us to realize just how precious they are .

With get well soooonest wishes,
Ritu

Sorry to read that ur not feeling good.
I too have problem since 2-3 dys with food. I miss my mom too and am waiting for her arrival here.
Read the following, I think its normal to feel out of breath.
Cheer up. Call me if ur feeling bad.

I'm often short of breath these days--is this normal?
Yes, and it's quite common throughout pregnancy. In late pregnancy, as the uterus begins really pushing your diaphragm toward your lungs, you'll probably experience some labored breathing, especially if you're carrying your fetus high. Though you might feel like the little engine who could as you huff and puff up a short flight of stairs, don't worry--this breathlessness is normal and harmless
