Due Date Club April 2004:my darling is here

Name: bhargavi hi everyone

first of all congrats to mansi and tina for their cutie pies.my due was april19 but got delivered on apr 5.my mother in law arrived on 4april and my water broke april 5 morning 7 am.i had slight pains but they resembled menstrual cramps rather than labour pains.i called in to emergency and was asked to come immediately.
reached hospital at 8.30 after taking shower.i also had breakfast but threw up in the car on the way to hospital.
preliminary testing was done and as it was painful,i did not cooperate for asessment of cervical dialation.i was given epidural at 9am and reached full dialation by in 5hrs.after 20 mins of pushing abhijit was out.he was 5lb 7 oz and 18.5inches long.
well rest all is forgotten now that i have him in my arms.i had a very painless short vaginal delivery despite being first time mom and doc was really surprised at the rate at which things progressed.
now days r real busy and all my life is centered around him only.i will keep posting and visiting this site regularly as i did till now.bye for now coz its feeding time
