grind 1 tablespoon each pulp of amla and limejuice. Massage this into the hair before going to bed. Wash it next morning.

soak shredded ginger in honey. Eat a spoon full every morning.

take spinach, cabbage and methi EVERYDAY in your diet. drink a lot of water.

dont worry
henna is best or else take this natural tips

Mix 10 ground black peppers in one cup curd and wash hair with this mixture.
This will soften the hair and blacken them as well. Do this at least once a week for good results.
In half a cup of curd mix the juice of one lemon and mage into scalp.
Leave on for 20 minutes and then wash. This will make the hair soft and will reduce the greying of hair

hi!

I dont think henna works out. Its only to colour your hair every week. But doesnt blacken hair, its sometimes not good, wl suffer from cold and ears problem. applying henna for hours especially in night gets blocked in head and ears...
