Need some help,
what all care has to b taken post delivery for mother 7child?
Like what all acre about food to b eaten/ not to b eat..
i know one that the mother shud not put her hands in cold water or step outof the home for 40 days as the muscels bcum weak & need time to come back to normal..
what all food shud b taken if ur Breastfeeding ur kid?like nothing too spicy etc...
Exp mom please guide ..alll this is for my sis in NJ....she is expecting in Jan 2008

post delivery care should be done properly for the better health of women. eat lot of vegetable curries, after 28 days of delivery she can have non vegetarian food. first 30 days she must lay straight crossing legs. this does not mean that she should lay all the time. she can smply walk inside house. be careful that children shouldnt run in between or there check wheter there is water or oil in the fllor where she walks.. even she can go ot taking proper care if you want to show the babay to dr for sme reason. i went to the passport office for collecting my babay' s passport on the 15th day after my c-section.drnk water eat more fish, milk, curd(leaving fat)etc..
