Due Date Club February 2003:taking saffron!!!

how are you all doing?
a good friend of mine saw in a tv program a doctor suggesting preg. women to take saffron which helps to reduces heat...its good to start from 18'th week and 2-3 strands of it is enough...though there is a myth that it increases the complexion of baby, its not true....

hi !
i'm also taking saffrom with milk everyday starting from the 4th month..
actually my mother in law insisted on that :) its said that if you take saffron, baby will be fair :) also coconut water is supposed to be good for baby's complexion.

well i don't believe in any of those as such.. cos at the time of conception itself genetic makeup of the baby is complete!

we can only ensure that we eat right, so that the baby is healthy!!
