Can anybody tell me the sucess rate of IVF. My 1st IVF has been done on 2nd April and till date i m on leave from office. yesterday night i bleed a little bit... and 5 days are still there to report to confirm that pregnancy is +ve or not. Is it the sign of IVF failure? can i join my office after confirming pregnancy?

Hi,

I hope you had seen +ve already with the hcg beta test. The bleeding in early seems to be pretty common (not very obvious) for some reasons. This may keep happening due to the injections/stimulations you are on for IVF procedure. You should not worry about the bleedings, the baby should be safe and you will be confirmed on the same after the scan on 5th day. Bed rest is very important and helps a lot, so i guess you should not think about work for few days/months. Sorry but i am trying to be realistic. This is my experience with my wife we are currently going through. Let me know if i can help you with any other info.

Hello madam
It is better u take atleast two months bedrest after confirming ur pregnancy. You have taken lots of pain for your IVF.So please don' t take a chance by resuming to ur office.
