my hubby's hair is falling alot and becoming bald head. most of his scalp is already clearly visible. he is just 28. is there anything we can do to stop it? please friends reply me. i am really worried that he gets all bald even before he turns 30 :( Delta replied. Dear wife,

I don't know where you live but, you should firstly and foremostly seek a reputable doctor who can determine the cause of the problem and why this is happening. If it is a genetic inheritance, I suppose it is best left to a doctor to rectify the problem.

Hair growth is influenced by diet, hence your husband should eat a varied diet mainly composed of protein, which is found in fish, eggs, meat and cheese, as hair, skin and nails mostly depend on the amino acids found in protein to gain vitality and growth.
Also, think about taking vitamin supplements to endorse the effects of a good diet.

Thirdly, there is a lot your husband can do to strengthen his hair shafts externally. Ask him to rub Dabur Amla oil in his hair everyday and if this fails, then it would be time to start considering an intensive hair treatment.

There are several things you can do for your husband.

First of all, don't make a big issue of his balding, this will make him feel every more embarrased. Some men shave off their hair when they begin balding, many men look nice with clean shaven heads.

Hair growth is stimulated best by a combination of massaging of the scalp and also good shampoos that promote hair growth. If you are in the U.S., you can easily find hair growth shampoos in the cosmetic/beauty areas of any grocery stores or discount stores like Walmart.
