Hi
I m annoyed from Morning sickness. I m in 16th week. still suffering form vomits.........
Doctor says it happens with some women.....
pls tell me is there anybdy with same condition....

Hi Pooja I' m arpita 4rm chandigarh..I' m into my 19th week but still have a bit of the nausea problem ...Don' t worry I wud like to share with u 2 things that really helped me recover from this problem:

1) Try and identify what triggers ur nausea in my case it used to be strong smells like onion, garlic, hing and oil or even omlette while being cooked.

2) Having identified these triggers try and stay away from them and keep a fragrance of your choice always handy this helps distract ur mind immediately..

Hey dont worry,
Its just matter of few more days.Just keep on taking lots of liquid,.
Even i had every every bad vomittings that i was on tablets for 3 months,But now everything is fine.
When u remember ur little one u will forget everything.Hope u will feel better soon.good luck.

nic to c ur reply
well i m not not taking any dose for vomits bcoz my doctor told me to loose weight in first trimester as it will help during delivery specially in when ur family history have BP problem.
Well itoday only i jumped into 16th week. My EDD is Oct 27th,07.
how abt iron , calcium and folic acid dose u r taking in
i m taking all three but taking medicine is very very difficult ....
i m from Gurgaon....tell me some shop in Delhi from where i can some maternity gown.....

i haven' t done it but i heard about it. it is similar to ultrasound but much more clear. u will actully see the baby than just a figure. one of my friend did it. there is a fee for it.
they can even show u the gender very clearly than ultrasound. it is done around 20week.
