Hi,

I been having motions problem from yesterday and I had been using the restroom almost thrice in a day whereas I use to use it (for motions) just once in the morning. Why is this happening? It's nit like diarrhea but something like that. Maybe I can say almost regular stool. Please has anyone had similar problem like this and if so why is this happening? Please let me know as early as possible as I'm worried.

I would recommend that you should consult your doc right away. It is not a problem like constipation but this should not let your fluid level go down. So till the time you talk to your doc do increase your liquid intake. I would recomend others aswell. During your last month due to diahrea or vomiting we may tend to loose some water content. So to keep it up to the mark you should increase the intake of water. And do not forget to consult your doctor.

I too had this problem...infact it was more severe...may be its bcoz u r taking lot of iron.
ask ur doc and stop iron tablets...it helped me.
and dont worry this is far better than constipation.

Devi ck replied. I experienced the same couple of days back and it got back to normal in a day or two. Having more milk can also cause this. It is opposite to constipation, so I'm happy with it. Things will get back to normal, don't worry, just hang in there... VK replied. Hi Devi,
I have to use the restroom almost twice everyday and sometimes even three times since over a month now. I am not concerned about it. If anything it might simply clean up your system. Maybe eating more fiber causes it. Since I eat a lot of fruits, I attribute it to that and ocasionally to something I ate that upset my stomach.
Eitherway I don't think it is a major cause for concern as constipation.
