Due Date Club November 2004:Update

Name: sonia I'm due Nov 5th...went for weekly check on Monday and he says I am 2-3cm dilated...cervix is soft!
Can be anyday now so he has advised me not to go anywhere!
My daughter is excited and my Mum is here from UK to help out...life is great...I can't help feeling a little anxious though.

He also said labor would not take too long...couple of hours maybe...labor with my daughter was only 6 hrs!

All the best to all of you. I hope we all have safe delivery and healthy babies. I am excited too however tired and wish to see the lil one as soon as possible.

Same due date

Hi! My due date is also Nov 5th and I too am having my 2nd baby. Had my last check up on 14th and scan on 15th morning. Same report for me too that cervix is already 2 cm dilated and doc says baby could come earlier than the due date. My 1st kid's (boy-4 yrs) delivery and labour took about 10 hours. Let's see how long this one takes. Am getting last minute jitters now though I do feel I'm better prepared than the 1st time of course!! Anyway good luck to you and all us Nov due babes!
