Kids & Food:need advice to increase weight

My son is 9 months old and is underwieght. He takes egg, khichdi and mashed bananas but weight gain is nominal. Please help!

Hi Roopa,
Archana is absolutely right, when your kid is active and takes enough food, then you don't have to worry at all. But you can try giving steam cooked apples, ragi khool, sathumavu, paruppu sandam with well cooked vegetables, idli etc. Also consult your Dr. if you can give egg, veg soups. Hope this helps you!

its ok if your baby is underweight
if he's eating good and active you dont have to worry
my daughter is a year old but she still weighs like a 7 month old
so dont worry as long as ur kid is healthy be happy
