Hi Ms. Priya

Is it true that highlights make your skin fair looking... if so what colour would you suggest me, my complexion is medium and i have black hair and currenly have caramal highlights...

hi julie, i would rather say one would look smarter with a highlight than fair. infact, be it streaking or dying or anything for that matter, the right shade on your hair can make you look brighter. for example, fair complexioned people will look very smart with burgandy on. darker people should not go for golden. darker people look better with streaks of brown. for your complexion, you can choose burgandy. caramel also should look good on you.
