specially 4th month, the doctor says that now your baby can hear ur voice and many more sounds.
so these days i talk a lot to my baby. play bhajans and aartis too. these will have a good effect on the baby.
so all the mommies, u can also listen to bhajans. u can download them from indiamp3(addcom)

thanx a lot for the cassettes. i will surely buy them when i reach bombay. i am now in singpore. yes.. i am a gujarati. basically a punjabi maried to a gujarati.

Hi Disha,

Nice to hear that u r from bombay...I am also in bombay. Well, I have also bought 2 cassettes for expectant mothers. Why dont u also buy them rather than downloading them from the net? One cassette is called Garbh Sanskar and the other one is called Ojas the energy for expectant mothers. Both have chanting of vedas and shlokas and soft music which is especially for the expectant mothers. then i also listen to Anuradha Paudwal's Gayatri Mantra recitation Cassette. All these things have soothing effects of the baby within us. Its all so exciting na? are u gujarati? Keep in touch bye

hi Rita,
how r u feeling? i am doing good now.
it is very true that we miss our mother during pregnancy. why dont u call ur mom there. where in india are u from.
i am from bombay. my parents r coming this month end.
i had read in few sites that the baby can hear sounds from 4th month. i.e. from second trimester.
there is still some time for u now.
later u and ur hubby can talk to ur baby too. and at times the baby even responds.
my next appointment with my doctor is on 15th april. i may get to hear my baby's heart beat. i am waiting just for that moment.
