Hey All,

Me in 7th week... going ok.. with lil pain now n thn..

Hows u all???
Had a few querries.. plz rply

1] wnted to go 4 yoga.. is this yoga same as normal yoga??? or held differently specially for preg.

2] Also wht is lamaze ?? Heard of it but dnt no wht it is... n where can i join these if rally usefull for pregnancy..
Please Help.

3]Stay in Bombay m lookin 4 a good gynac in Churchgate area... or anywhere townside..Wrote n askd many times but no1 seems to have a gynac in sight.

lamaze is to prepare the expecting mother and her partner for labour and delivery.. it' s also called prenatal sessions.. where they teach a person how to breathe and relax during labour pains and not to panic once labour sets in.. also teaches the partner how to massage the expecting mother and help through the delivery process by supporting her.. it' s definitely something every expecting mother should experience in order to be mentally prepared for what' s in store..

I am in my 7th week too. I joined yoga just 2 days ago. This is a yoga class specially for pregnant women.
From what I have observed there are some dos and donts, so if u r joining yoga, have a chat with the teacher and ensure he/ she knows pregnancy yoga.
I dont know much about lamaze...
