Lamaze class was very nice, it was one interesting weekend I had.
It was not tiring in class, coz they gave us beds and pillows to lie down all day, didnt have to sit in the chair.
The breathing and exercises they taught were useful, they have given some books, shld see it and practise. They do really help in delivery I feel.
Also they showed us videos of birth, both natural and CSec and explained in detail abt both. Then there was precautions and other general advises, recognising BH contractions and preventing preterm birth etc.. all this we know already by intense netsurfing :)
The other good thing was the hospital tour, labor and deliv room, operation theater, Room where we will b after deliv, nursery where babies will be etc.
It was nice to see preg women and new moms and infants(so cute they were).
They gave idea of everything that will happen to us, including the PAIN.
It was very informative, I think all preg women shld attend it.
I plan to start the breathing and exercises from today, lets see.
