hi myself is the mother of 1 moth baby.i am working in mnc bank.my working time is 8 am to 2 noon.i am giving exclusive bm to baby.but my baby is not satisfay with my milk because i have not producce eniough milk for the baby.i tried to improve my milk supply giving more fedding & good diet.but not secess.i was very tence & nrevse beecause of less milk for baby.pls help me to solve the problem.iwant to give bayby bm until 6 months.idont want to give fm milk or cow milk to baby.pls help

Hi Meghana

I had faced the same problem and right now i am happy with the improvements.
I take Lactare Granules/Galactare Granules 3 times a day. I found lot of improvements, try the same and it will definitely help you.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
