This may be the most unusal issue. I have been losing my eyelashes and now I can see missing gaps in between the eyelashes. I hardly have any eyelashes left. I am not sure what is causing this as I take multi vitamins everyday, drink plenty of water and milk.
Please can someone help me with this. Is there any natural remedy for this?

all of us lose hair in our body everyday, including eye lashes. and it is normal. but you must notice if the hair loss is only in your eye lashes or in your scalp too and you must also notice the intensity of fall on your head if at all there is. are you stressed out for any reason- physically or mentally? have you changed your diet recently? do you eat in odd and untimely hours? see, it can be a cause too for the fall. if the answer is no, then the other possibility coul;d be lack of nutrition. take a lot of greeny leafy vegetables and spinach everyday -practically every meal! and a fruit (or a fruit salad is the best) after every meal with a lot of water (of course you have said you drink a lot of water, so i dont have to tell you that). take vitamin c and e capsules. eat 2 almonds in the morning after drinking a glass of water and followed by plain milk. repeat the same for the night before going to bed. almonds are not fatty, so dont be scared of putting on fat. almonds are rich in proteins and are very good for the hair and skin.

but anami, if your answer is 'no' to all of the above possibilities, then anami, please go see a doctor immediately. if your eyelashes are falling out in a normal rate one after the other, then no problem: it could be because of one of the possibilities i have told you. but if it falls in clusters, then the condition either could be temporary and be cured automatically and the eyelashes will grow by themselves provided you are in a proper diet or it is something else. give yourself a week's time following a strict healthy diet and see the difference. if they grow back- ofcourse, the growing back process is slow. but if they dont and if it still persists, despite your precautionary diets, then you please go see a doctor - a good one.go to a general practitioner first. general practitioners are the best in the initial stages, because the specialists put you on to different tests even before they diagnose you. the general practitioner himself/ herself will put you on to a specialists if necessary.
