Hi,
I came to know from one of the member from indiaparenting that taking birth control pills would reduce FSH levels.I want to know if it worked out for anybody.I have high FSH.Please suggest me on this.Thanks.

I' m aged 30 and was diagonized with diminished ovarian reserve.
I live in US and was told by my Doctor that Donar egg was the only option.But I wanted
to try.
Here is how I found success:-
Checked for my day 3 FSH levels every month and it used to be in high twenties.
and I was kept on birthpills.
one month I got an FSH level of 11 and I was kept on Follistim(250 units),Ovidrel
to release the egg and progesterone supplements.And I have conceived! purely miracle.

The only thing apart from being on the birthpills that I have done is that
I have reduced my exercises, did massages every day using regular oil in my pelvic region and where I feel ovaries would be just little pressure not much.
and I have tried to be restful.

As far my knowledge goes ,birth control pills reduces LH .B' coz i also took birth control pills many time to reduce my 2nd day LH .
