During pregnancy, the body needs more water to cope with the demands of changing body. the body needs to be hydrated. You should never take aerated drinks or cold drinks as rather than hydrating, they cause more dehydration. they may also cause complications. If you don' t like drinking water, try adding a wedge of lemon as it will add a zing to it. You could also add sprig of mint for extra flavour. You can add fresh coriander, grated ginger, fennel seeds for taste to the water. You can also have fresh fruit juices. Instead of water you can also have tender coconut water, fresh lime water, lassi, buttermilk, milk shakes and homemade jal jeera and aam panna.
