Hi Disha,
I'm 10 weeks now. I've also been through severe morning sickness.

Eating protein foods will help, like Shallu says. Don't keep your stomach empty. Keep eating something like baby carrots, crackers, protein bars, apple with cheese etc. Try to eat your lunch and dinner at the regular times. You can break up the quantity and eat smaller lunches every 15 min or so.

For me, sipping water with little lemon juice drops and sugar in it helps.

One recipe I know for brocolli sabji:
Chop brocolli into small pieces. Heat some oil, add mustard seeds. After they splutter. Add the brocolli pieces to the seasoning. Add turmeric, hing and red chilli powder. Cook the brocolli pieces with the seasoning until they're done. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.

It's great if potato pieces are fried along with the brocolli. But you may want to avoid potatoes since they cause gas.
