hi, please help me. I have rash and pimples on my hips and the complexion is also very dark near the base of my hips as compared to the rest of my body. I want to look good and more importantly feel good. So please help me. Your advice is really appreciated.

Thanks so much for replying. I have already started what you suggested. But still I do not see much of a difference.

Is there anything which I can apply on my hips like an ointment or anything homemade etc, so that i can get clear smooth skin on my hips.

I think the following woul help you:

• Don’t wear tight panties. It doesn’t mean that you wear lose panties, but avoid wearing very tight panties.
• Wear light colored panties (preferably white).
• Apply soap to your hips & wash it properly daily when you go to have shower.
