am 16yrs old & my height is 5.0'ft. i want to increase 2-3 inches more.

there is no genetical problem as both of my parents & their family background has a good height, all are more than 5.4'.

is there any particular execise or diet that would help me in increasing height?

please give me some tips to increase height( exercise, diet or some other way).

these days on TV they are showing ad of Hiko good height which is a foot wear. many girls are saying they have gained height by using it. but i don't know whether its true or they are saying this for ad. does anyone know about this? Increase intake of proteins like daily take 2 cups of sprouted grains & dals.

Daily do some stretching exercises. If you want to know about these stretching exercises ask me, I'll try to explain the steps.

I don't know about the foot wear. But yes if those foot wears are not coastly, you can try them as I don't think there will be any side effects to wear foot wear.

But remember one thing, its never possible to have everything which you want. So if your height doesn't increase after doing these things also, take it sportively. There are many people who are not 5ft also. So be happy with what you have & enjoy your life. Have cofidence on yourself. People good at heart & sharp in mind only live good life.
