Hi,

Generally, your hospital will have these prenatal classes conducted every month. I know these are available with Max, NMC & Fortis in Noida.
Also, there is a lady in NFC by the name Nutan Pandit who conducts these classes in Def colony, GK & gurgaon..You can search for her details on google.
All the best.

Hi Bhavika,

prenatal also called as lamaze classes are best taken after 30th week. It was fun. Informative and good for our husbands too, coz they need to get familiar with all the terminology.

TAke the hospital tour in your 7th month. Thats nice too.

Hi....You can register for the prenatal classes in the hospital where you r going to deliver. Its better to schedule during the 3rd trimester. They will teach how to breathe during labour, to your partner - how to massage you during labour pain, position to sit, push, also diapering the baby, swaddling the baby, etc. its fun to attend and really informative for first timers.

lastly the hospital tour - to c your birthing suite, recovery room, nursery, etc....

hope this helps.....all the best
