Name: Dips Friends I read many msgs on this site and thought it right to be here. V r planning for an IVF+ICSI in Mumbai n I am totally stressed. V r in Gulf n going back for treatment. Married since 5 yrs n still trying things r not wkg good for us. V both r trying to support each other but still depression is taking its toll.

I have to go to Mumbai n search the BEST Doc. n clinic for IVF. Handling everythg n preparing for a big thing is really tidious I m tensed. Due to job my hubby can' t accompany me he shall join me at the time of IVF. PLs pls pls help me with all the names n tel. nos of the expert IVF clinics in Mumbai.
Feel like crying. I hv recently developed Thyroid prob. Tell me if this will be of any concern during the IVF cycle.

Pls guide me also.

Hi Dips, I am also going for IVF, (second attempt) in Mumbai and I have chosen Dr Sadhana Desai. I have been doing alot of research on different doctors in Mumbai. All the big names like Dr Malpani, Dr parikh, they maybe good, but they are sooooo busy that ultimately it is their juniors who end up taking care of the patients. In this way Dr Sadhana Desai is good as she takes personal care. U can get in touch with her and have ur medical reports and history sent across to her by email (scan all ur reports and have the soft copy emailed to her). I did the same. My treatment starts next month.

Dips i am also in the same boat ,having thyroid going 2 do IVF that also in Mumbai! and me also staying far far from Mumbai .U can try either Dr.Firoza parikh or Dr.Indira Hinduja .I will be doing IVF under Dr.Hinduja .

First of all thanx a lot for sharing ur views. These msgs do help us in taking decision. I hv done scanning of thyroid nodule n hope it comes normal. What do u do for your Thyroid tretmnt?? Doc says its all ´ coz of tension, stress the harmonal imbalance occurs. However I m sure once we get a baby evrythg else b 5n. say what?

Hi, Kas, its nice to c ur msg. Can you pls help me with Dr. Amit Patki n Dr. Sadhana Desai tel.no. I think Dr. Amit Patki had come on a talk show " Samvad" on E-tv Marathi which we regularly watch. Actually this prog. was shown last yr so I hardly remember. But definately can recollect that the Dr. is young and quite successful in this field. Sometimes I feel you should go to young doc. as they keep themselves updated in their field.???? Hope things work well?

Mainly due to this anxiety the stress level increases and the harmones get affected in a negative way. I m feeling quite supported by these msg u all have sent.

Be in touch ´ coz this will definately a positive help to me.
