My son of 9.5 months is taking solids and is also being BF. I used to give him Lactogen, only when the situation is such that I cannot feed him like when in/out of bus train etc, else used to find a corner where i can feed him. Now I have shifted to Canada from India. Lactogen is not available here and I am so utterly confused with the different brands here. I am going on a day trip to a neighbouring city over the weekend and wud appreciate if anyone can tell me what brand of infant formula wud be good to buy? supriyasanoj replied. Iam living in US.mostly all the brands available here are good.you can ask your pediatrition to help you choose one.after a couple of months you can start giving him whole milk.i used similac for my kids.but enfamil and nestles carnation good start is good too.
