Hi there,

Could you please give me a good recipe for crispy jalebis? I tried one recipe but they turned out very soft. Do you have to immerse them in cold syrup or warm after frying? Thanks so much.

Hello Rajshree,

Could you give us quantities of maida and water so that would give us an idea of how much maida and water makes how many jalebis.

thanks
