Hello All,
I have a 8 month old daughter and I started introducing solids to her a month and a half back. I breast feed her and for solids, she typically has ragi malt/ suji kheer, daal paani.
However for many days now she is suffering from hard stools and also gets very gassy. Please provide tips / remedies that may be helpful. P.S. I have tried soft/ ripe bananas but I have noticed she becomes even more constipated after that.
