i am not very vomittish but i do get a lot of nausea.
i am due for 3rd october and will be going to mumbai in may for my delivery.
i am telling u one easy recipe which is very good for health during pregnancy.
it's spinach-dal soup. spinach has a very source of iron.
if you r taking 1 bunch of spinach then take 1 and a half handful of yellow moong dal.
pluck the palak leaves and chop them finely. wash them.
in a pressure cooker, heat a spoon of oil. add jeera and heeng.
add the moong dal and grated ginger, salt and haldi. add water.
pressure cook till the dal is completely cooked.
now addthe spinach leaves and again pressure cook ( give 2 whistles).
ur soup is ready.
while serving just a bit of ghee. u will like it.
i am slurping this soup on alternate days. and my doctor says it is an excellent way to have spinach.
