my baby is a 2 month old & i was giving exclusively brest milk to baby.i have a very good supplay.but i was working in mnc company & i have to jsoin the co.for atleast 1 month then i have taking leave again.
i have leaving from home 8 in mornig & returning late evaeing so i canot give baby my milk .
pls suugest what should i do to contunus milk to baby.should i give bayby outside milk.i was very worrid & tence i want to give baby my milk till she is 1year.

Start pumping out milk atleast 4-5 times with either a manual or elecric breast pump and store them in milk bags in the freezer.Thaw them as required and feed the baby. You can pump at your work place and store them in the fridge at work and carry them back home to freeze it.

I have a 15 month old baby.

If you are a working month you should have stored you milk in the frezzer from the start.

You need to boil the bottel adn remove milk directly into it and keep it in the freezer when ever you want to feed you baby keep the bottel in hot water donot boil the milk once it is hot feed your baby.

you can carry the bottel to you office if you have a private place to remove milk and carry a cool bag along with you to keep it and if you have a fridge at office and if no one will object you from keeping it in the frezzer nothing like it

if nothing of the above works out you can first start with lactogen milk which is almost similar to the breast milk or Nan 1 also will do. This is the milk my doctor suggested. Lactogen you will get only in india.

Donot worry my baby was also on lactogen as i didnot have a very good supply of milk for all her feeds when i was out at work.
