Hi, just want to know is there anything that i can do or shouldnt do that might help my baby to come back to head down position???

One more thing.. i have a bluecross HMO insurance. Today when i called them they said, if c-section is medically advised then it is fully covered. Does my situation of \";breech baby\"; count as a medically advise solution for c-section as we were given an option of doing \";version\";???

Even for me, since a couple of weeks now..the baby is still breeched. My doc mentioned abt Versioning .. but we dont wanna go for it as involves certain risks like cord rupture. Also, methoods like that work out fine only in very few cases.

I have read abt a few exercises online.. that mite help. Itseems walking on ur knees and hands , with the belly down..helped a few women. There are some other methoods too. I havent tried them yet, to be honest. When I mentioned this to my doc, he said .. it normally doesnt work!

My mom and a few frenz say .. its a good idea to wait till u complete full- term/ till u go into labor. Babies can turn anytime .. even in the last minute. But its always good to be prepared for any kinda last moment surprises..!

As far as I know, it is baby's job to turn the head down. When I searched the net, I found some tips which encourage baby to turn but not sure if they work or not. The only thing I did is I stopped rocking on the chair. Before I used to hold my daughter and rock her to sleep.The day before my Versioning, I did lot of work at home, cleaned the whole house, did laundry for everybody and cooked food for one week till 11pm and so was very tired by the end of the day and slept. Luckily that night baby turned. I hope, baby turns automatically. Keep talking to baby.
