my daughter is 11 months ,she is healthy baby n had started walking also ...the only problem is that she gets up at night for BM ,takes it for 5-10 min n then sleeps again. Her routine is-
8-8.30am -wakes up n have some BM
9-9.30am -eats parantha(with some veggies or paneer in it)/rava or normal idly/dalia with some veggies + 2 slices of apple + some froot loops in milk.
10.30am -she takes bath
11am:- takes some BM n sleeps for an hr
12.30 :- takes some biscuit
2.30 :- takes roti+veggies+dal+rice+one bowl of curd
4.00 :- takes BM sleeps again for hr or two
6.00 :- takes some fruit+treptin biscuit
8.00 :- takes kichdi(made from mixed dals+dalia+rice+veggies)/dal or vegie(sometimes paneer or cheese)+chapati
10.00 :-takes BM sleeps
She gets up twice for BM . I tried giving her formula but she just dont like the taste, she is not even fond of juices .I think now she is big enough n should sleep without getting up can anyone suggest anything.Plz help.

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]

Hi dear this is good to see that you are taking so much care about your kid but then is your kid following this pattern as my kid has a very odd hours sleep and wake up timings and by that we all get affected as my husband is having morning shifts so its very difficult.... - Anu [View Message]
