My son is now going to be 4 months 3 weeks.... suddenly he stoped breast feeding when he was 3+ months.... so to avoid formula i started solids.... he feeds 2-3 times mother' s milk and remaining 2-3 times fomula and 1-2 times soilds all depending on his mood........

He breast feeds when hez sleepy and at sleep too... if my trying don' t work then i give him formula......

So my question is is it ok if i do breast feed conitiously and add up formula and solids........what some one give me some suggestions.. salome replied. here in the UK research says that babies should not be solid fed for alleast 6 months as their digestive systems are not developed for solid feeding. however u can check with ur GP as it could depend on babies weight sangeetha replied. Babies who are breast fed exclusively are believed to have great immunity and a good digestive system. so find out why your son does not want to be breast fed.i would suggest wash your breast with plain water before feeding each time since it is summer time now.formula milk is ok but i am not sure about solids... ask your doctor before going in for fruits or cereals.
