Hi all,
I just wanted to know that once we send papers,then my MIL has to go to embassy and submit the application first.
after that we can fix an appointment for interview and she gas to go again for interview.


Please tell me if I am wrong here.

Hi Nikki,

How r u ? How is ur baby doing ? Getting lot of Kicks ?

If your MIL is below above age 60, she can drop the docs in drop box. Consulate will check docs and will give visa and she doesnot need to go for interview.

If she is less than 60 years, then you can book visa date through www(.)ttsvisas(.)com and then go to consulate with all the docs on the interview date and time. You need passport details to book appointment date.

When my father booked the date he got the interview date as Aug 21st in Chennai consulate. My parents need to attend interview that day.That's all.

Try to book appointment as soon as possible as there is a processing delay in all embassies.

She doesnot need to go to embassy before interview. You can book the interview date online and she need to be there on the interview date, in given time slot.

If she is eligible for drop box, she need not go even once to embassy. OK

I am doing OK these days. Getting tiered soon and having trouble sleeping in the nights. I think these are all third timester symptoms. Well, just 3 more months to go :)

One more thing I want to ask anu is that she(MIL) don't need to go to embassy before interview just to submit the application?

How is ur pregnancy going?
