Hi people..Please suggest me some names of good gynecs in Bangalore as I am planning for a pregnancy. I stay in Jayanagar and just know about cloudnine and not very happy with the kind of feedback I have been getting.I have heard of Dr. Fatima Poonawala(J.P. Nagar)and need to know if she is good enough to help me with a normal delivery. Please suggest how is Apollo Hospital(opposite to IIM) as well.

Dear Rhea,

Which doctor are you seeing now? We live around the same area. Agree with the feedback you received on cloud nine, we had that worst possible experience in this situation as I mentioned to another expecting mother on this forum. Anyway, now we are looking for a good gynec and hospital now, so any feedback on your doctor will be much appreciated.

Hi Rhea!
From my personal experience I will recommend you to go to Cradle in jaya nagar. I stayed in Koramangala, but still went there, they have best facilities and I went to Dr Brinda CHinappa, she was amzing, she kept trying for normal delivery even in OT, so you can imagine the extent of intention and finally I delivered normally. She is not the Sr most in the hospital, but in a way its good cause she is lil less occupied and can spend time with you, she explains things calmly and is available on phone all the time...though I dint need any such help, but for emergencies. And she has a clinic aswell in Jaya nagar. All the very best.
