Speech:21 months-language not understood

Hi Freinds,
My son is 21 months old, very active kid. He is talking aloud in his language, tries to tell us something.Wahtever he talks or speaks is not understood. He speaks long continuous but of no use.Whole day he is talking to himself, perhaps singing or intimating us. I can understand a few words like mummy, papa, nini(sleep). Is it normal at this age? I am worried. Is there any medical problem? Pls Help if someone else has also experienced the same? When he'll learn to form sentences in our language(at least hindi). Pls. give me some advice.
Thanks in advance.

HI,
My newphew is 27 months. His speech is also not very clear. Checked with the PED. She said it's quite normal. She asked us to help him pronounce each word, by showing him our lip movements. Said that once he starts interacting with other children in nursery he will grasp the pronountiations very easily.

Speech/language delay - 2.3 yr old boy
Hello Everyone

Our 28 months old boy is not speaking simple 2 or 3 word sentences yet. He speaks a few words such as mama, papa, aunty etc but definitely not more than 10. Also, he doesn't understand slightly longer sentences, even when we speak slowly and enact it such as "we'll go out after we eat". Otherwise, he appears perfectly normal. Shoranur kerala samajam Ayurveda hospital review
Hi All,

My son is less than 4 and has been diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. He is non-verbal. We are taking him for OT and ABA/speech therapy.

Meanwhile, I read about an Ayurvedic hospital called Kerala Samajam hospital in Shoranur. Has anyone gone there for treatment? Any reviews?

Hints for Nursing
Babies eat and eat and eat. Although nature has done a pretty good job of providing you and your baby with the right equipment, in the beginning it's almost guaranteed to be harder than you expected. From sore nipples to tough latch-ons, nursing can seem overwhelming.
