Hi all
My daughter is 5 years old studying in LKG. Her school starts early in the morning 5:30 am. When she is going to school she can't take breakfast. only she takes a glass of milk. Her school hours end at 12 of noon. I want to give some sandwiches to her for the lunch, but early in the morning i couldn't do any thing. only she brings with her a 200ml milk box and a cup cake which I brought from market and one chips packet. Now I want to know some easy recipe of sandwiches which i can make easily in just moments only. She likes to eat salty food rather to sweets.
So if any friend know the easy salty snacks reciepes or sandwiches which will make in few moments and offcourse would be healthy for her, Please help me. I will be thankfull of all.

good lord, nisha, that is an early time to start school for a 5 year old. you could always make the sandwiches the night before and put them in the refrigerator for her, too.

but, quick sandwiches... peanut butter comes to mind. don't put on jelly since she doesn't care for sweets. cheese sandwiches, too, with mayonnaise and/or mustard are quick and easy.

if you are not vegetarian, you could make tuna salad with tuna and mayonnaise and pickle relish, etc, the night before. takes more time than the others, but tastes good.

good luck to you & her. i know you don't want her to be hungry in class so that she is not distracted from learning as much as possible.

So my sister’s child is a very fussy eater. She generally makes veggie cheese rolls or sandwiches to get her to eat her vegetables. She tries to use colourful and pretty veggies to get her to eat. Giving smoothies, fruit salads and milkshakes is another appetizing and attractive method.
