After reading Bargavi's msg i thought of calling my Dr and chkng my sugar test result as i went last thursday for it.And guess wht its normal am so relieved now.
Hey Bargavi now u can have ur own share of sweets as i am going to have mine.
Just wanted to share this news with u all.All the best to rest of u who r waiting for their sugar
test.

Wow what a releif it must be. mine is in 2 weeks and i am craving for sweets alot these days. i don't know how i will control my sweet toungue. its really hard. waiting for the day to come . Anyway good that this hurdle is out of way for u guys. enjoy:)

Hi Uma and Bargavi,

Congrats on clearing your sugar tests! It must be a big relief. I have to go for mine on 5th Aug. It's a little diff here in Spore, it's a 2 hr test, so I dunno how I am gonna fare, although I have not really liked too much sweets before pregnancy and somehow have carried it on to the preg too...

U know girls I am eating jalebi while going thru this message,though my GT is on sat but since 2-3 days I am craving for sweets.we went to oak tree and got sweets from there..but here in PA I miss all that...

Good for Uma and Bargavi.Now u can relax and I am happy for both of u .After my 3 hour tests came back normal(as my 1 hour had come back high),I somehow just grew out of my cravings for choclates and sweet things ..dunno how it happened ..maybe the fear of GD just caused it!!

Before I loved sweets and choclates and ate so much of them ,now its almost like I do not like it any more !!

Yes OakTree is full of Indian stores and sweets like Mini India. Will go sometime today or tomorrow and think of u girls when I bite them :)

Congratulations to Uma & Bargavi for normal Sugar results.
I also crave for indian sweets so much, but unluckily we don't have Mugal's and Sukhadia's in Boston. Good that you both are in New Jersey, and Oak tree Road looks like a Mini India to me.
have you tried Dhodha from mugal's, Its awesome. My mouth is watering...

Congratulations to both of you. Now relax and have some sweets. I think you will get nice sweets from Oak tree road. So enjoy! I stayed in NJ till last year Oct. Now here in Madison, we don't have much selection of sweets but will get some.

Congratulations to both of u for ur sugartest. As it is normal now u must be relieved. I'm very happy for both of u. I know in pregnancy if u r alright even then u have lots of worries & tensions that everything should go smooth. Now u must be tension free.
