Hi girls
I think we should choose the pediatrician for the baby now. I have made a list for available pedias around my area. Just getting their refrences, & hopefully by this week i'll finalise upon one. They are suppose to come at the time of delivery.

Just wanted to remind you to do the same for your dear babies.

Thanks for bringing up this topic,i wasn't aware of this as even my Dr didn't inform me abut this,maybe she might inform me later.

Yes Manisha. You are right. My doc asked me to decide pediatrics for my baby by next appointment. I found 3 pediatricians and am not able to decide whom to pick. How are you deciding ? Let me know.

I have picked only indian pediatricians around, i think they can better understand our diet, as we are vegetarians also. Then among them there is just one lady, so i have thought of going to the lady first bacause i will be more comfortable to her if there is any breastfeeding issue. I have asked few people around about her.
I am not sure whether we can have an appointment with them before delivery, i'll call her soon, & will check about it. if its possible to see her once before delivery, it would be really nice.
uh... feeling like a parent.

Yes Uma, we have to decide the pedia soon. I am doing good.. today i have uploaded my 26th week pic at our yahoo briefcase. not seeing your latest pic...

I intend asking my frends in this area who have kids and have been going to peds. Actually thro referals only I chose this doc and I am quite happy abt it, so am thinking same thing shld be good for ped too. Also I will get my doc recommendation the usuall give u a list of peds.
I will talk to him in my visit on thurs.
