there are prunes with calcium so I will say try that and don't go crazy eating those... just eat couple a day..

Dear CK,
It exist in Grocery market, go for Sunsweet brand. They have both dried prunes and prune juice. dried prunes have better impact than does the juice, if you refer to constipation.

I am here adding a point on your \";how often\"; and BHC, if you experience six in a row within and hour and continue for another hour (space 10 minutes interval and regular) then this could mean a labor and not BHC. BHC will stop as you change your activity, e.g. if you were seating then walk or lye on your sides.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
