Hi There!

I have been having very warm palms and sole as if I have over 103F temprature. I have been taking glucose as prescribed by my doc but no benefits. it is really making me very uncomfortable. I am always looking for some cold surface to keep my hands and feet on. Any one else facing this?? or any suggestions....

Shikha ck replied. I'm feeling the same. My hands and feet are usually cold now it is warmer than my body. I guess it is because of increased blood circulation during pregnancy. 2ndtmom replied. trying rubbing cucumber on ur feet sole and I know its not possible but if u put mehndi on the sole it will give to all the coolness:-) but as everybody said drink plenty of fluid.. Hamsa replied. yes, Shikha...even I have the same problem. My body is as such slightly higher in temperature, so I feel it all the more. When I cheked with the doc, she said there was nothing to worry, as this subsides after delivery...

I am also facing the same problem and my doc says that this happens with some ladies due to the production of hormone progestrone during pregnancy.

She says it is quite normal but she has n't prescribed me anything. I also feel restless bcouz of this but my mom advised me to drink plenty of water, now i doing that and felling a bit relieved.

Weather must be quite hot there in Delhi now days so may be u r felling worse but try taking lot of fluids, may be it will help u as well.
