I have read in some articles that the baby is 1 and half inch above navel at this time though...But I remember my doc checking my baby below the navel. I wanted to give a good massage to my baby, I know she feel relaxed when I take a shower and rub some lotion on my belly.....By the way, when is your due date?????

Hi All,
This is Jyothi. I am past 21 weeks now and it really feels great to see my belly stretching and I feel those tiny kicks showing her presence. But only concern is I am not able to locate the exact position of my baby at this point. Do you guys have any idea where the baby might be???? Is she under the navel or much above it? Please let me know if anyone of you have an idea....

Hi Jyothi,
I don´ t think it is above navel..our uterus is located below navel only..by heart beat u can guess where the child is.....see, in u/s scan also these people see the child below navel only...right naa...

In this stage child develops and gains weight more rapidly..I also feel stretching and tiredness......

what all test hv u all gone thru' ?? my doc has given me a very big list of tests from BTCT,urea,creatinine,uric acid,serum TSh,HBsAg,rh grouping PPBS. did any1 of u hv to go through so many blood test..please let me know..m in a delimma as what to do. are these important n how much?

I really don´ t know what all these tests are and what is their use....It is better tht u shud ask this with ur Doc only..Today I had an appointment and they had done u/s scan only...not even urine and blood test...

i have started to feel the movements.i am not feeling that tired.sometimes i feel backpain.i have not started to shop yet.as u will be delivering ur baby in India,u will have to purchase clothes that u can put there,for example if u had given birth in london,u would surely use dipers eveyday,so u can use body suit(that will cover the whole body) for ur baby,but in india u will not be using dypers always,so u will have to purchase according to that.when is ur doctors visit,i hope u will come to know the gender of ur baby right??? inform me soon.

i am 20 weeks too and second time mom. i have been feeling movement since 16 weeks, but recently they are are more noticable. little tired in the end of the beside that i am doing fine.have you started shopping yet or you will wait once baby is born? what you having?

Actually presently I am in UK and will be moving to my mothers place by end of sep., So I am planning to purchase smthng from here but dont understand what shud I get..and this is summer and I want to purchase for winter..lets see what happens..suggest me smthing tht I shud get frm here...

My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. Ravs, your ideas are out of date, since your sis is in NJ she should join a good prenatal class [Lamaze, Bradley etc] and get updated information, also her physician will guide her on diet and her self care please don' t give her advise based on the info in this mail of yours. Not to worry
If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
