Hey Ashra,

I am from the Nov board, but keep an eye on your board as well. From the discussions I have heard with my Doctor (and various other people) I think its safe to conclude that if the US technician says it's a boy it's probably 99% accurate (for obvious reasons.. the penis is visible on the US). But if they say its a girl, there is a higher chance of error. But more or less they are pretty accurate.

Hope this helps!!
Radhika

Most of the time it's true so don't worry 'bout it very much. In my Friends circle it never came out wrong i've also heard that sometimes it's wrong. But even if it is wrong & whatever the result is it's very sweet coz either it's a boy or girl it's ur part...right!!

I've also heard that late u/s never went wrong like if u had done u/s in 8th or 9th month . Coz my friend had one & she said doctor showed her the baby's sexual organ.

eVEN i HEARD that its not 100% accurate ,but anyway all medical tests have certain percentage of errors, this is also one of them. And besides does having a boy or girl make any difference ,I don't think so.
