my daughter is 7 year old, and her hair is too much dry, dull. her hair is shoulder length hair with split end problem. i used heena on her hair (once in two month), oil message twice a week, shampoo twice a week, but still her hair growth is very less and split hair problem is also occurs. so give the advise how can i increase her hair growth, , and how casn i make her hair silky , soft, shiny, with bouncy look. please give some suggestions for the same .

Preeti replied. Trim her hair every 4 weeks (sorry made a typing error in my previous message.) When you tie her hair up, dont tie to tight by pulling from the forehead because it cause her hair to break in front. Tie a loose ponytail. Preeti replied. Trim the ends of her at every 4 wks. Spilt ends travel up the hair eventually damaging new hair too. If your using baby shampoo see if it has UV protection. The sun damages hair too. Wash her hair maybe once a week. Let the natural oils protect her hair.
Dont blow dry her hair at all. Oils can help also.
vanaja replied. the only remedy for this problem is provision of good nutrition and cutting the split hairs. since she is a small kid, she can be given a crew cut or a tonsure. provide her with iron supplements like green leafy vegetables. Manasa replied. Sabitaji,

1. apply bajaj almond oil atleast 2 days once

2.dont dry ur scalp and hair more

3.wash ur hair 4 days once minimum

4.take healthy and vitamin based foods

5.take multi viamin tablet daily one \";supradyn\"; tablet

6.for vitamin E tablet \";EVION\"; and protein take \";BIOTIN\"; 300mg to 1000mg

7.dont cut ur hair oftenly.just trim it 6 months once(like 1 inch)

8.dont apply gels and avoid colouring to ur hair

9.apply coconut milk in ur scalp with massage leave 2 hour after wash it.

10.keep ur hair ans scalp clean and ur comb also
