Hi friends,

I have got here a nice crunchy and healthy salad receipe given by my mom.
1/2 cup of split moong dhal
1 portion of cucumber
1 carrot
few string of coriender leaves chopped finely
1 green chilli chopped finely
little oil
lemon juice 1 spoon
mustard seed
salt to taste
hing
wash and clean moong dhal and soak in water for half an hour. drain and keep aside. cut cucumber to small pieces and grate carrot. in oil add mustard seeds when crackles add hing, green chilli, coriender leaves to it. add all the items to your dhal add salt and lemon juice give a good stir and eat well.
